Good afternoon, colleagues.

Tell me, is there a good practice to create roles to end users on a standard template, except BASIS, abap powers? Or is there a best practice?

Hi Evgeniy,

You may use standard templates as a reference to create roles for your organization. As you know every business is not same and hence roles to perform those business will not be same. Hence use them as a reference and create Z/Y roles. Modify them to suit business requirements

Okay, but what is the basis for the creation of roles for Consulting? SAP_ALL not correctly assign

Hi Evgeniy,

For Consulting you may create module specific roles. In PFCG use Add Area menu. It shall assign all the tcodes relevant for his module. In case there are some cross module access required, you may create a new role based on requirement and assign accordingly.

SAP_ALL is a workaround solution to meet project timelines.
