Sales Order to Billing

Hi,

I want to create a sales order. The moment I create the sales order, the system has to pick the material, do the Post Goods Issue and Billing Automatically. Please provide the Sales Order type and Billing type and configuration details.

Hi;

This can be done when you create a Rush Order. Once you save the order, delivery would be created immediately. Once this is done propose the output EK00 which will take care of the Picking.

Now slate a job for VL06 for Good issue every 5 mins or as may be necessary. This would take care of PGI. Slate a job for Billing VF04 and this would take care of creating the invoices.

Hi Christine,

When you create & Save a Sales order we can configure so that we can do immediate delivery. This can done in VOV8 (Sales doc type Config) - Immediate delivery Tick In Shipping.Where as Picking the material and PGI & Billing are to be done seperately. This is what is possible in standard SAP.

If you have to get Picking, PGI & billing done automatically you can use USer Exit. In standard SAP this is not possible.
