Need assistance in Technical monitoring

Hi All,

Need your expert assistance in technical monitoring configuration.

When i try to setup technical monitoring for one of our system, in step 5 "Setup Monitoring" under Managed Objects window, when i clicked on Assign Template link i get a drop down "Selected Template per installed Product" where is says "the table does not contain any data. "

FYI.. I have completed the managed system configuration of this server and also i have created my custom template.

Please help on how to get the custom template in the drop down list.

Hi Shanthosh,

If the product is not known, templates cannot

be assigned to managed objects for that product. You could try applying the latest Content.
