IDM install issue on DB2 LUW with windows

Hi, all

I am having lots of trouble installing IC DB on DB2 LUW/windows 2008 R2. The powershell script mxmc-install.cmd simply cannot create the operation users properly. I am getting lots of powershell security errors. Talking to our windows admins are a waste of time as they keep telling me that this is a sap issue.

Would you know if there is any procedure on how to create the windows users manually? What group should I assign?

Jonathan,

As this is new functionality, I would recommend opening a note and including the log file created by the script.

We found that the problem is coming from the windows group policy. Once the group policy is relaxed, the script works.

Excellent!  Can you please share with us what policies needed to be changed? It might save someone some grief later on.
