Can you specify the MDM, ECC and SAP PI system versions please.

Just for a thought, have a look below link, how version matters in integration methodologies.

Differences in Integration of MDM.

Practically there are plenty of approached to integrate MDM with ECC via SAP PI.

Follow these basic steps for any technical built..

> Analyse business requirement

> Analyse technical landscape

> Finalize technical built for ESR & ID (Specifically Adapters) & Authentication parameters

> Develop scenario (ESR & ID)

> Test scenario

Hi Sambaran,

MDM integration you can do it in two ways.

1. Place the MDM files into File Directories(FTP) and create File Channel to Pick

2. You can use MDM-PI adapter to send and receive the files
