HI,

  When Iam trying access to solman_workcenter and solman_setup in System.when browser starts iam geting error.. it shows.

Network Access Message: The website cannot be found

Explanation: An IP address for the website
you requested could not be found. As a result, it was not possible to access the
site.

Try the
following:

• Refresh page: Search for the page again by clicking the
  Refresh button. The timeout may have occurred due to Internet congestion.
• Check spelling: Check that you typed the Web page
  address correctly. The address may have been mistyped.
• Access from a link: If there is a link to the page you
  are looking for, try accessing the page from that link.

If you are still not able to view the requested page, try contacting your administrator or Helpdesk.

So kindly help me in the issue..

Hi Ashok,

  Please maintain the host entry in your host file where IE opens.

please go to C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\ -> open the host file and maintain the host entry there.

Then try again.

If not , working, you can also open the error page and in the address place , just replace incorrect hostname with the correct servername and its port number.

Example

http://wronghostname.com/******** is your error page

Then you can enter in the address bar as

http://<SAP server name>:5<instancenumber>00/*************

Hi Maria,

I already Maintained Host entries in my system.But it doesnot work for me..after we need to take any

restart after the entries maintained??......

or else any specifying roles need for openings workcenter in IE???
