can any one provide the integration guide for Solution Manager 7.0  With CA service desk Manager 12.6.

Hi Srikanth,

SAP provides an API for SolMan servcie desk which you can configure (e.g. define mapping rules).

You can find the whitepaper under http://service.sap.com/solutionmanager -> technical information

For CA service desk Manager you should check the vendor information about support for solman integration. Some vendors provide additional interface add-ons, others have it included.
