While starting SAP system through MMC or comand line as well.
I am facing the below issue .
Startup Failed:
Can not read the registration directory usr/sap/sid/sys/global/sapcontrol
Please suggest and guide how to fix the issue

Hi Sap,
You can check the services for sap and also check whether the global directory is accessible from global.
Note 1339625 - SYS folder missing after undeployment

Hello
I am not sure how the above note is valid to your system as it is valid for a Unix system and you have a windows system.
Anyway, what changes have you done prior to this on the system ?
Was there a kernel upgrade or anything of that sort.
Cheers

Hi RB,
I have not apply the above note but i got the idea (check the services for sap and also check whether the global directory is accessible from global.)
and i have copied global directory from one location to another location after that i am able to start the system, but jstart.exe stopped.
I have not done kernel upgrade etc,IT team applied patches rebooted server thrice after that i am facing the issue .
Thanks
