Automatically creates credit memo for maintenance contracts

I would request you to provide the process to configure of creating credit memo's automatically for maintenance contracts.

Dear

In standard you can create delivery document automatically. For credit memo you have to use bapi in mv45afzz user exit save document. Check in google for create sale order bapi and give parameters to your abaper and ask him to write the logic and parameters in user exit I have mentioned  above.
