Hi Guys,
When ever enduser is editing the ticket the pop up " Enter your Business Partner as Message processor " comes.
Is there a way to disable this for person who has created the ticket.
As this happens every time the user edits the ticket.
Regards
Abhishek
Hi
Have you implemented this note
https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1646243
Note 1646243 - Work Center: Pop-up
Asking to assign yourself as processor
it is valid since 26.10.2011
Hope it helps
Regards
Prakhar

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I had gone thru that thread but that is not helping me.
What we want to achieve is that whenever the reporter is editing the ticket he/she should not get that pop pup.
The pop should only appear if the anyother person except the reporter edits the ticket.
What should be value of the parameter AI_CRM_TXTEDIT_HTML ....?

Abhishek
I am not sure but within the used partner profile you can define which partner of the message can be edited after the message was created, e.g. support team and message processor can be changed while sold-to party and reporter can't be changed. This may affect also the appearance of the popup window.

Hi, Abhishek.
What interface do your end-user use? Workcenter or CRM UI? What is the version and SP of your SolMan?

The parameter AI_CRM_TXTEDIT_HTML should be used for enhanced text editing in incident message in CRM UI. And the problem was that when the enhanced text editing was active - pop-up wiindows blocked the screen and users had to close browser and reopen it. So it is another problem.
