Netweaver Gateway 2.0 Installion option

Hi,

I have some question regarding Netweaver Gateway Installation

Question 1) I have to Install Netweaver Gateway 2.0 for our solution manager 7.1 SP3.

I want to know, Can I deploy Netweaver Gateway Add-ons on my solution manager ABAP stack (7.1 SP3, I will upgrade to latest SP level) or I have to Install seperate box based on:-

1) SAP EHP1 FOR SAP NETWEAVER 7.0

2) SAP EHP1 FOR SAP NETWEAVER 7.3

3) SAP EHP2 FOR SAP NETWEAVER 7.0

4) SAP NETWEAVER 7.0

5) SAP EHP3 FOR SAP NETWEAVER 7.0

and on top of that I have to deploy add-ons?

Question2) Just wondering whether I can deploy Gateway add-ons on Netweaver 7.1 or Netweaver 7.1 EHP1.

Question 3) If I have to Install on seperate box than does that installtion has to be done as Dual Stack or only ABAP Stack.

You need to have ABAP STACK .. That is enough

One more question, can I use my existing Solution Manager 7.1 for deploying add-ons or I have to install seperate ABAP stack for Gateway?

Hi

You  have to install separate Netweaver ABAP stack for gateway..

You can't use Solman for Gateway options as netweaver is the pre-requisite for installing Gateway.
