In consignment fill up process is it necessarry to do proforma invoice?

If i client dont have excise invoice and tax(ex: for salt) whether the delivery challan is enough to carry the goods or Proforma is necessarry?

Proforma invoices are never mandatory - usage of it depends on business needs. If your client does not have that need, simply do not implement proforma process.

Proforma Invoices are dummy billing document. They are used during shipment or delivery before billing the customer. If the necessary documents to deliver the goods are available, proforma invoice is not needed.
