Can't perform Usage decision - return delivery

Hi All,

I am having a return delivery with the status " Being Processed" and the inspection lot is created automatically and please find below the status of the  Inspection Lot

Insp.lot origin: Delivery to customer without Sales Order

Inspection Type: Inspection for return deliveries

System Status: CRTD CHCR

CRTD Created
PREQ Plan/specific. required
CHCR Characterist. must be created.

When I check MB51, there is no movement type involved.

When I am trying to do Usage Decision in QA11 , I am getting the below error.

Influencing System Status

In RED - CRTD Created

Please help at the earliest,

Hi Sara,

Pls check if -

1.Quality plan has been assigned to that material or not.(Check thru' QP03)

2.If already assigned, need to activate it for that lot by following path like 'Change Inspection lot - Insp. specification - click on task list/spec. If succeeded, then click on next tab 'Sample' - click on SMPL

If everything goes ok as per point no.2, you can get insp. lot status changed to REL after REFRESHING.

Pls. revert if it works.

Thank you.. my issue got resolved. there is no Quality Plan assigned to the material.

If you are using Inspection Plan, then check the lot size mentioned in Inspection Plan.

Is there any SPRQ status involved in Inspection lot ?
