SAP CRM SALES 2.1 Attachmentr download fails on device

Hi all,

We implementing the SAP CRM Sales Application 2.1 for iOS.

The problem we facing currently is withh attachments which are not being downloaded to the device.

We can see the attachments on the device, but when you open them, it says "download in Progress", but the download doesn't complete.

The size of 10MB has been set on the CRM side under "enable attachment" section and also , the size has been maintained on the SCC side.

Please advice what could be the problem.

can u check in doe session monitoring  and see if the attachment has been sent from DOE?

can u check if there is an outbound for attachment?

Hi Moahan

There is only MAS_ATTACH_Subscription on the DOE session monitor.

I have attached a screen short of what i see.

Please advise.

Hi Mohan,

Our Infrastructure is as follows:

DOE : SP 15

CRM -Add-on : 2.1

Mobile Sales Application : 2.1.4
