QM single result recording to Number of defects in Notification

Hi Experts,Is there an option to export of the number of defective items listed in the "Results Recording" to the Notification. Presently, this data has to be typed in manually in the Notification.

If you are talking about the defect data then it can be transferred by click on activating notification through the result recording screen.

But if its result then it can not be transferred automatically by std SAP.

Hi,

Unfortunately this is one are where there are many gaps in the standard SAP.

In results recording you have recorded 5 defects and in defective quantity field you enter 10 system

will accept without any error or warning message.

You can get the desired functionality by ABAP programing only.
