authorization Creating in sd for Restricting Deliveries in vl04 but not in vl01n

Dear sd gurus have a good day

         I am talking about authorization in sd ex: we can create delivery in VL01N AND VL04 ALSO some times users are restricted to do delivery's in VL04

At this time we may use  authorization but actually Basic consultants will do and we also do some authorization in sap

so now we have to fallow these steps

1.go to OVLS Here select one block and copy and give the check mark in DDLIST

2. NO GO TO VOV8 assign this in delivery block

3 . Now we have to create One variant and we will assign

       Dear my doubt is to which t.code we create Variant VL04 OR VL01N AND we will assign this in VOV8? 

If do like this we can create delivers only vl01n but not in vl04

I know how to create Variant in SHD0 but i dont know to which t.code we have to create and where we assign ?

You've to do that with SHD0 (Transaction & Screen Variant), kindly refer to blog post of Mr.

In properly controlled process, authorizations must be handled by Basis admins. The authorization object to control the collective processing is V_LIKP_VST with action 18. This must be used in user profile to control the how the user has to perform the actions.
