GRC AC 10: Role Import files from Desktop not imported

Hi Experts,

Facing problem with Roles Import from desktop attribute and authorisation files(xlsx and txt).

Roles from backend system :T-code  N /GRCPI/AC_ROLE_DNLD downloaded files (attribute and authorisation source)

and while uploading the Review is not showing roles and schedule job saying that roles not imported.

Kindly help me out to solve this issue.

Hi Vandana,

In context of note 1734451 , kindly perform the following steps:

1) Maintain the Project Release in SPRO > Governance Risk and compliance > Role Management > Maintain Project and Product release name.

2) Set the Parameter 3003 "Default Project Release" as newly created entry.

Not yet solved after mantained the above parameters and

Kindly request you to confirm,whether the Parameter 3021 (directory for mass role import server files)  should maintain or not.

Maintained parameter 3021 path, 3003 value and downloaded roles with .txt file(file location) and .xls(Role Info file)

Role Info file: Maintained Bussiness Process and Project names

NWBC: Role Import showing roles... now roles successfully imported

My Issue got ressolved

Hi Vandana,

Kindly check the below list of SAP notes.

1717128 - Unable to import Composite Roles in GRC 10.0

1734451 - AC10 - Role not Imported - "Invalid Project  Release"

unable to check 2nd note 1734451(docment is not released).

comming to our case is master roles and derived roles import.
