Currently Manugistics is used for Planning and the sales are loaded from ECC. The lowest level is SKU which comprises of material, location and demand group. The customer hierarchy in Manu consists of Demand group(values 1-4) which groups 200 customers into 4 different demand groups.
We have the following scenario where a z program automatically realigns sales and the sales history is reloaded for 2 years once in a month.
Scenario- Customer purchases product from unassigned warehouse/Customer's primary or alternate warehouse is changed -
Each customer has a primary warehouse and secondary warehouse. If a sale is recorded other than the primary or secondary, the z program maps all the sales from the third warehouse to the primary warehouse.
How do I address this scenario in DP? We do not have customer attribute as all the 200 customers are grouped into 4 demand groups in DP. And also currently in Manu, the realigned sales for 2 years is loaded every month. In DP we have created a process chain that will load sales from BW for 2 years initially and on a daily basis sales will be loaded for the prior day so that only new cvc's will be generated. Is there any easy solution?
