Hi,

Can someone please explain me what is the mean ing of PEGGING in APO terms?

Also what does QUOTA mean for any product in APO?

Hi SRM,

Pegging is the relationship between your requirement and reciept elements, APO has two types of pegging available on a broader level.

Quaota Arrangements:

You use a Quota Arrangement in SAP APO to apportion product quantities among source or destination locations according to your wishes. You can specify weightings for partner locations, external procurement, and in-house production, according to which the quantities are to be apportioned.
