Organisational Model - SRM One-Client within ERP

Hi Experts

I apologise in advance if this question has already been answered.

We have an existing ERP system with HCM and Payroll already active for many years.

We have an existing Organisational Model with Org.Units (O), Positions (S) and Persons (P) this again has been in place for many years.

We have now installed the SRM One-Client solution into the existing ERP system to provide Self Service Procurement (Shopping Carts).

Please can you clarify how we setup / integrate the existing Org.Model so that we can use it within the SRM One-Client scenario?

We are following the SAP Best Practice Guide, but this is not clear as it mentions to create new Org.Model, HR users and Positions which we cannot as we already have this in place.
