VT12 Shipment Completion Background Processing

Dear Experts,

     I run VT12 in foreground everyday and it takes a very long time processing, so I need to schedule a background job for processing this report as i select all the shipments and click on shipment completion button as I configure an activity variant to make a PGI and Billing while saving shipment after shipment completion.

please help me to make it possible to schedule a background job to this program to have the same result of foreground processing.

Did you try to create a daily job with transaction SM36? With the "Job wizard" option is so easy!

yes i tried it but there is a program named RV56TRSL and it's just for selection criteria and didn't make any actions while runing, the problem here that i don't know which program i have to schedule and how to make a variant for it?!!!
