TOs are being created with less quantity than TR quantity

Dear all,

We have some TRs in which TOs are being created with less quantity  than TR quantity

Please see some examples

We have 3 TOs created for TR 1849144

Lets see the TOs created with material 43163700 and there quantities

If you see THE  quantities total is 794 EA  which is less than 1015 EA of TR 1849144 which is wrong .This is happening with movement type 319 and 349

Some times it is working fine and some times it is not working fine

I have attached all the screen shots in one picture please go through that

Was the order qty changed?  Are there any other TRs associated with that requirement number?

Was there enough available WM stock to pick from?  Check or attach LS24.

The order quantity was not changed .No TRs has been associated with requirement number. There was enough WM stock to pick from

I see that the FI box is checked.  Was that manually checked?

How many do you show as issued?  CO03 > Goto > Documented goods movements.

Hi EL,

Sorry for the late response.I think the FI box ie., has been manually checked because at the material document level final issue was not checked ,may be the process order level the user has checked it.

Issues quanity is 300+300+300_300+300+194= 1094 EA .I have attached screen shot

I have seen successful process orders with same material in which the FI indicator not checked at all

ie., TO quantity is not less than the TR quantity

Can I please see a screen shot of Co03>Goto>WM Pick List>Documents for Order.

How are your components being issued?  With an exit after TO confirmation?

Do you have full stock removal checked on the configuration for the storage type?

The order 16492344 which i mentioned is a process order and it is not a production order .I dont have authorization to CO03 .So i have attached the screen shot documents for order from transaction COR3

How about screen shots of LB13, completed and open, and LX11.  Type in req number for each.

Check the completed box. They can still be viewed in those transactions, closed or open.
