Sales Plant Sales price vs STO Price

Dear Experts,

My client has requirement that the sales prices from Sales Plant to Customer should not exceed the price of STO from Production Plant to Sales Plant for any material. The reason behind is that the client wants to stop supplementry invoice preparation or any price more than the STO price from Sale Plants to customer.

Please advise if any SAP standard way is available for this restriction or may be any restriction in CIN customizing.

There is nothing in CIN unless it is depot transaction, In manufacturing plant you can not stop this from happening, in depot, system is controlling prices based on purchase values only for taxes.

There is a thing called "transfer pricing".  I would speak to your Accountant's before adjusting or changing SAP.

Review  "Upper limit for the condition rate" in VK11 for your sales pricing.  See if entering the MM PB00 price can help in the restriction.
