SLA determination ended in pricing error

HI All,

I configured SLA by following the procedure given in the SAP documentation.

I have not enabled service contract determination in my custom transaction type(ZMIN). as i read that after SP05 SC is not anymore supported.

Service product Investigation is there,with hierarchy and category.

I have used ibase component where i defined the service profile and response profile.

I got the following error

Item 10 : enter service employee group.

Pricing procedure could not be determined.

Becuase of this IRT and MRT details are also not filled.

kindly help to resolve this issue.

Hi SAP FAN,

I have tried giving support team but still that error is there

And, I have defined a rule to automatically determine the support team.

But still the error is there. Any idea.

Goto SPRO tcode check configuration for 'Determine Pricing Procedures'.

Also provide more detailes to investigate.

Hi SAP Fan,

I have followed the SPRO configuration specified in SLA escalation.

The main confusion i had is with the service contract.

I have created a service product and assigned to my transaction type.

The detail steps that i followed is

1. service product with hierarchy and category is available.

2. Custom transaction type is assigned with the service product.

3. IBASE component is assigned with the service profile and response profile.

I have not done anything on the pricing front. I didn't see any documentation on that part.

I feel that i have missed some configuration.

If there is any detail configuration guide for solman7.1 SLA kindly share.

Hi SAP Fan,

I have followed the same document.

But the problem is got have done setting that we used to in 7.0. (like assigning service product to the custom transaction type).

And the service product investigation was not available before. now i have created it and it is working fine now.
