SolMan Configuraion for Fresh Server

Hi,

I have 2+ exp in SAP BASIS right now am in domestic proj.here I have got requirement to install ECC ABAP server for training/ support purpose of PRD.

We have solman 7.1. I know the ECC side installtion and post activities. Here I need to do SolMan config. Please let me know the Solman Configuration after fresh installation.
