user creation

Hi all

now am creating user in development server.client is gave me user type id is:mysap.com cat II/professional.but development server of ehp 6.0 erp 6.0 is not containing the mysap.com cat II/professional.please give me the duggestion to me how to get that one..please it is very urgent........

hi anil,

You can enable the User Type ID with the help of USMM tx.

USMM --> User Type

check the box against mySAP Professional (Cat. II)

the Option(Cat.II) will be enable in SU01 after perform above step.

hi anil,

It all depends on that contact which is made between your company and SAP. Please check your contract and discuss with you SAP Account Manager. Your SAP AM will guide you about mysap business suite and professional users.

Hi Anil,

What client has share it the user category as per MySAP License agreement.

He needs a user who can perform sap functional transactions(Professional) with a category II ( display only).

What you need to do:

1) Create a role which has display all access for all functional modules.

2) Create a user in development client

3) Assign role created in step 1 to this user created in step 2.
