Sample drawing and Physical sample drawing procedure

Dear all,

                   Kindly clarify the basic difference between "sample drawing procedure" and "Physical sample drawing procedure" and how sample size will get calculated for an inspection lot for both sample drawing and physical sample drawing procedure, it will be helpful if i get with suitable example. I have searched in many SCN threads, i am unable to get the basics. Kindly solve the query

A master data object in which you plan the drawing of physical samples. In the sample-drawing procedure,

Which categories of physical samples must be drawn

How many physical samples must drawn.
