Number Range Exhausted Issue

Hi Friend,

We have facing problem for current year, in billing document number ranges that all are exhausted.

So any suggestion how can we solve the same?

Hi

Check if it's possible archive older ID numbers according your legal requirements. Take in account the recommendations in SAP Note 781802 - Resetting number ranges after archiving data.

Check also SAP Note 840901 - Parallel buffering and pseudo ascending number assignment to avoid gaps in the sequence of ID numbers.
