Hi All,

I'm getting the error as shown in the attachment. Every time i used to update the cache refresh. Is there any other option to update the cache automatically.

Because it's a time consuming to refresh cache for every 15 to 30 minutes. Please share some inputs in this issue.

Please find the attachment error with this.

Thanks,

Aravind

There is something definetly wrong with your system configuration, usually cache refresh happens automatically.

What error message showing in component monitoring for mapping runtime and adapter engine, copy past text here.

take help from basis.

Hi Raja,

I'm getting the mapping run-time error as:

"HTTP request failed, Error code: "401". Error message: "Unauthorized [http://<host>.<port#>00/run/rtc]" Last Retry Feb 23, 2013 11:29:06 PM IST ... Details

HTTP request failed. Error code: "401". Error message: "Unauthorized [http://<host>.<port#>00/run/rtc]" Last Retry Feb 23, 2013 11:29:06 PM IST ... Details..."

Every time i'm manually doing the cache refresh. Is there any problem with the cache update.Where actually i need to do the modifications in the configuration. Please let me know.

Thanks,

Aravind

You get 401 user credentials error.  Please talk to BASIS and see what is wrong with your credentials. Get the right user/password and do the refresh and check.

Hi Baskar,

when i'm doing the cache connectivity test i'm got the errors as :

"

Cannot connect to Enterprise Services Repository

Detailed Error Message

Connection to system REPOSITORY using application REPOSITORY lost. Detailed information: Error accessing "http://<host>:<port>/rep/conntest/int?" with user "PIRWBPID". Response code is 401, response message is "Not Found""

What is the exact problem, do i need to do the cache refresh every time.Otherwise any technical problem is there ?

Thanks,

Aravind
