I have created a Excise invoice with help of material document, and then posted , so system passes Accounting docuement
If I want to go directly to migo or excise document from FB03 ?

Use Internationalization and Unicode space for all your CIN related queries.
In FB03 go to Environment > Document environment > Original document.
pl check whether you can navigate to material document from the( click on cap ) header data ref key field .
