Original value not seen for Quantative char in RR ?

Dear all

when i record results while doing Result recording for qualitative characteristics, result are not shown in the column "original value" but for quantitative recording its result is shown in the original value column can you tell me the reason.

It was working fine before all values were displayed in Original Value Column ,

No changes has been made in MIC

now it is not displaying ??

As per my understanding about MIC, only for Quantitative MIC, original value will be shown after 1st recording. For Qualitative MIC, it will not be displayed.

Please attach some screen shot which shows Qualitative MIC's original value before.

It may have something to do with configuration settings or some authorization issue. Not sure.

As per the below SAP Notes, I feel Original value field will not get updated for MIC Qualitative.
