sql error 942 when accessing program sapm in sapgui 720

i did systemcopy of ECC6.0,oracle 10g,windows server 2003,

all workprocesses are in waiting mode,

when i open in sapgui 720 with required parameters like host,instance nr,sid

it's giving me sap system message

sql error 942 when accessing program sapm

can any  help me regarding this

Error ORA-00942: Table or Vie does not exist.

In this case I assume that your import (or at least one of the import jobs) did not complete successfull.

Please have a look into the "dev_wXX" files in ...\DVEBMGSxx\work directory to find out which table is missing and verify your import log files why there was an error importing the table.

Hi Navin,

Please check the environment variable for dbs_ora_schema=<source system Schema>.

Incase your source system schema is SAPSR3 or SAP<SID> then set the following environment in your copied systems

dbs_ora_schema = SAPSR3   OR

dbs_ora_schema = SAP<SID> where <SID> is of source system

Post the results after this setting.

i checked environment variables

he need to have a look into the dev_w0, file located in \usr\sap\<SID>\DVEBMGSxx\

i saw the  db user roles but its giving no rows selected then after

i granted roles to db user.then it returns Grant succeeded.

after that i rechecked the roles for that user but it showing no rows selected

Please download the role from this SAP Note

134592 - Importing the SAPDBA role (sapdba_role.sql)

and import this role on your server.

Please do it and let me know?

i granted a role and make it default role but does not resolve the issue

please uncar the file and put the role into the database folder as mentioned below and import the role via below commands.

sqlplus /nolog @Drive:\oracle\SID\102\database\sapdba_role.sql SR3

after successfully import the role , please check status and let me know.

as you said that you are getting this issue after system copy. would you confirm me about installation steps mean all steps completed successfully?

i did it successully but it does not worked for me
