Tax determination using Sabrix

Hi,

We recently created a new service/billing material code in our production system and in Sabrix. There are two states that apply the sales and use tax rates at a lower rate for certain services.  Connecticut applies a reduced rate of 1% for this material compared to the state rate of 6.35%.  Texas only taxes 80% of the fee charged for this material.  I am unable to determine how to apply the reduced rates for CT and TX in Sabrix.  Please provide help with this issue.

Check with Sabrix support for adding exemption tax rate data in their system. They might have a front end tool to create the exemption certificate.
