SRM PO output issue

HI ,

My issue is :

i have created PO and able to see print preview.  in SPRO I have set adobe form ( zpo_adb )for application BBP_PD and for application BBP_PD_PO and in process type .

This form is triggere when i order PO. It works fine...........

But. when i changed po...and triggered output ...then BBP_PO smart form is called.  I am not aware how come this std form is called instead of

adobe form zpo_adb i configured in SPRO.

Please do needful.
