SPC Violations

Hi All,

I am using SAP ME 6.0.3.9 counter 9. When I perform Data Collection for any SFC at an Operation in POD and if the value exceeds UCL and/or USL, the respective operation and resource gets into 'Hold SPC Viol' status.

But my requirement is, if SPC violations are seen, that particular SFC has to be set to 'Hold' Status, but operation & Resource has to be in 'Enabled' status.

Is this possible? Can you please point me out if I am missing with any possibilities.

Hi Anudeep,

Sorry but it is not possible to put SFC on Hold automatically the same way as Operation and Resource are put on hold in this case. There is no workflow activity for this.

In Process Workflow Mainteance you can change process workflow of SPC_ALARM_VIOLATION message not to put Operation and Resource on hold.
