Dear Experts,

We've successfully installed PI SFTP and PGP addons. But, I don't see them in the the communication channel in ID. Not sure whether I need to import anything in the ESR? We restarted the PI box. Please suggest.

Thanks

the installation guide talks about importing the metadata . yes this is same as what you do for other third party adapters.

Thanks for the guides, Shabarish. As you are one among the pioneer of this ADDON, I want to ask you if there's any provision in PI SFTP to access SFTP server using its Public Key. I need to read the file from the SFTP server using the SFTP server's Public Key. I think other middleware tools provide this option..Is it possible with PI SFTP??

Hi Joe,

I think you need to import the metadata into ESR also.  Check the below link.

Hi Joe,

Sorry.. Please check the below link.  You need to import the SFTP Software Component Version into ESR.
