SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.31

in EWA report found

at

6 Hardware Capacity

No CPU virtualization data is available for at least one shared CPU pool LPAR (SPLPAR).

Please suggest how to fix this?

Dear

This can be due to many reasons. Have you checked relevant SAP notes:

Note 1596228 - ST-SER 2010_1: HW_CAPACITY - CCMS DL data not used

Take a look at the SAP notes on marketplace using keywords:

CPU virtualization data LPAR EWA

Dear Tom,

I tried to check note 1596228 , but I have:

ST-SER 701_2010_1 0022 SAPKITLOSM SAP Solution Manager Service Tools

Service Content Update infored all available updete downloaded and applied.

What should I do?

Is there any abnormal in ST06?

SAP note 994025 may be helpful.

And as you didn't mentione what release and SP saposcol is ussing,

could you please check SAP note 710975?

I suggest you use up to date SAPHOsTAGENT 720 SP 182.

Dear Bin Sun,

No, in TRX ST06 all are Ok. And in RZ20 too. This problem exist on systems under AIX and OS/400.

saposcol works correctly and all data exists in RZ20 and ST06 but not in EWA session.
