SRM SC Rejection and restart

Hello Experts,

We are implementing SRM 7.0 classic scenario. we have an issue regarding SC rejection. We have implemented process controlled N-step workflow (SLA approver).  I have maintained acceptance by contact person as mentioned in the link

Lets consider SC has to be approved by two approvers. First approver approves the SC. second approver rejects it.

The SC is appearing in creator's inbox. But if the creator make further chnages in the SC and order it..the SC is going to second level approver..BUt our requirement is , it should go to first approver again. i.e workflow needs to be restarted completely.

Decision type : Decision on Entire document. Level TYPE : Approval with completion.

Could you please help me how to achieve this process.

Hi Mahesh,

This is the desired behavior. You need to then force a restart via BADI restart.
