Issue in Excise utilization tab-under Export under Rebate

Dear Gurus,

I am facing an issue in the Excise utilization tab,in Export under rebate scenario.I am attaching the screen shots of the problem.When i am changing the export type from bond to no bond the calculate tax button is vanishing from the screen,and the system is giving the message calculate tax.Is this the standard behavior of the system.

Please advise what should be done.
