SBWP / basismail - attachment icon missing

hi,

In basismail - sbwp (business workplace of user) , when creating a new message it is unable to make the attachments.

That attachment icon is missing.

Pl check the screenshot attached.

Attachment menu also disabled.

So simply it is unable to send attachments with a new mail.

BUT

when , sending as a reply.... it shows the attachment icon and it allows to make the attachments

any idea, why its not showing attachment icon , when sending the mail

Hi,

It could be an authorization issue. Switch on the trace ST01 for that user, run SBWP & check if you get any authorizations.
