Dear SRM Experts,
Issue : Shopping cart not able to delete while status in error in process.
Error in process cause, user selected wrong tax code,
Followed below steps to delete the SC but not successfull
Open SC
Click Edit
Click on item delete ( on screen able to see line item disaapear but not saving the delete line item)
Close
Message from system
This application contains unsaved data which may be lost.
Do you want to continue without saving the changes?
Shopping cart appears same without delete line item.
Please help how to solve this case.

Hello,
Instead of pressing the "close" button, have you tried to press "read only" or "save"?
Item should be deleted.
