error on reveive task will not be retried in seeburger workbench

Hi Experts ,

we are facing issue in seeburger work bench due that inbound and out bound flow is not processing from seeburger .

first 3 messages we got below error.

ERROR 1:-

State Error on receive, task will not be retried State Description Error while parsing AS2 message: UNEXPECTED_ERROR # parse error: AS2 message parse error: Missing start boundary.

Content Type null MIC null

after that all the messages have getting below error

ERROR 2:-

State Error on receive, task will not be retried State Description Error while parsing AS2 message: DECRYPTION_ERROR # com.seeburger.ediint.edi.EDIMessageException: message decryption failed: failed to decrypt message: Unsupported keysize or algorithm parameters

Content Type application/pkcs7-mime MIC null

could some one please help on this that would we very great help to us

Hi Srini,

I think your missing something to configure.  Better to check with Basis.

The java policy file for unrestricted access has not been installed.

The correct policy file must be installed for the corresponding platform (SUN, IBM) to make the

encryption and authentication work. After installing the policy files, restart the XI System.
