Experts,

We wanted to print Pay check (cheque) using Adobe Print forms via Tcode SFP. In check, the Bank Routing and accout number should be in MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition), which is located at the bottom of the check. I found few threads in SDN but didn't get detailed answer. As per below link, (point#20) it says its possible with XDC adjustment. Could anyone provide me what steps need to performed. Appreciate your input. Thanks

Hi

One way i know and Implemented is.

Buy MICR Font.(GNU fonts are not work)

Install in your Desktop where Designer is installed(ie where you are designing form).

Install the same font in ADS(Adobe Document service)  Basis People will do this.

After installing the fornt ask your Basis Team to Restart the ADS Service.

Then in your Designer, choose the font MICR where ever you want to print.

Then you are good to print the Checks.

Last , but not least, your Printer also must have MICR Enabled(Must Use the MICR Toner).

Thats it.

Thanks.

Uma.
