Hi all,
My Afaria version is SP2 HotFix 1 (Version 7.00.6173.0).
For iOS devices, I am able to send the lock device command successfully.
However, when I try to send a message (Push), the server logs shows the following error message:
ONS1052: Notifying application UDID:36295FC4DEC4FDFC26EDACC87135FFD0F92D6DDC - Fail-Bad or missing application iOS server settings data
Under Server > Configuration > iOS Notification, I click on the Validate link for APNS Push Certificate (for Mobile Device Management) and the certificate status is "This certificate is OK".
Any idea what might be causing this?
Thanks,
Kok Keong
Hi all,
Just an update:
In the end, I did a re-install of Afaria and regenerated the APNS certificate. I'm currently at Afaria SP2 HotFix 4A and the lock device command to iOS devices works fine now.
Regards,
Kok Keong
