HI Experts,
My scenario, i want to get data from a website, using RSS feeds. Is it possible to implement this. Can i use SOAP to RFC scenario for this.
Just i want to collect data for Exchange rate via RSS feed and to post into sap r/3 system.
Thanks,
Dhanush
That would be best option, if RFC is ready, import it in ESR and complete the ESR and ID part as per your business requirement.
It would be (SOAP Sender >> RFC Receiver).
Create your WSDL and share it with third party. Make sure that you have required firewall setting for avoiding further issues.

Create DT as per your RSS feed file, if you know the expected file structure from RSS feed, work out DT.
If you are expecting reply should be send back to RSS, create two DT's, one for Req (that comes from RSS) and one for Res (that goes back to RSS), map accordingly.
You will find very well choreographed blog by Shabarish at
Hope, it will work.!
