922 storage type stock and TO auto confirm.

Hello,

Please help me with the below points.

1) We are using quality management in SAP and users use QA32 to check/reject the lot.
Stock gets posted into the quality at the time of GR and when quality team says OK only then it goes to warehouse. Now for some reason quality team has reversed the MIGO and because of which it is showing negative stock in 922.

Please let me know the whole process of cancelling GR and posting the same from WM side (STEP by STEP please).

2) While issuing stock for production order, system automatically confirms the TO(even if we uncheck the Confirm button in TO).
Now i want to hide that confirm checkbox in TO from specific users/or all users (which ever is possible) and also i do not want system to confirm any TO.

Please let me know the configurations for the above requirement.

1) It looks like you need to do the posting change.  Send screen shots of LS24, LU04 and OMLR and we could help you out a little easier.

2) Make sure nothing is checked for the movement type (assuming 319) in OMLX.

How are they confirming the TOs?  What transaction?  You can set up transaction parameters.
