SAP Sourcing scheduled task: FTP Download Failed

Hello,
We are integrating ERP with Sourcing, we are scheduling the task of importing materials.
The ERP generate iDOC, and PI upload this iDocs to FTP Server, but when sourcing connect to ftp server for download this material, the SAP Sourcing can connect to the FTP, but the next error message

We can see a new directory in the next location:

This directory has been created with the conection with the FTP server, but this directory is empty.

Hello,
In the 'Data Import task Configuration' -- advanced task configuration when you are configuring scheduled tasks.. If you are using the FTP server then there are 2 important pieces of information that need to be maintained.
1. File transfer configuration - this should point to the FTP server and the folder where the files are sent to from PI. ex: ftp://host.esp.abc.corp/sourcing/ABCESO/inbound
2. Upload/queue/archvie directories must be created and exist on the server where SAP sourcing is installed and where the scheduled task runs.
Can you kindly check your configurations..

Hi,
Can you check if the PI interfaces are working fine.Check if the PI configruation channesl are mapped to the correct FTP directory for the Material.
