Bucket in Portfolio Management

We have PPM 5.0, accessed through EP 7.3.

In Portfolio structure, bucket list is displayed.

When we click on any bucket, new window opens.

Instead of that, we want that it should open in same window.

Is there any configuration for that?

Hi Deepti

If you run via portal, try change the settings under lpd_cust for the specific object type. You can change the navigation mode setting under portal paramaters to 'Inplace'

Hi Deepti

For transaction lpd_cust, go to role RPMARBHRBH and instance drilldown, click on the change icon. For the node INM_UI_NAV/BUCKET_DETAILS go to the advanced parameters. Scroll down to the Portal Parameters and change the navigation mode setting to 'Inplace'

Test this in your sandbox system first and if not successful, try for the other RBH roles as well (Instance Dash, Dash_C, Scope)

I changed navigation mode setting 'inplace' for role RPM_RBH and instance Drilldown.

This worked.

Hello,

This are related to your explorer settings.

In my case I am working with internet explorer :Tool --> Internet Options --> Tab settings

Be in mind that if you change it to take new settings you need to restart the computer.

Hello,

No, the way to open new windows or work in the same is controlled by the explorer or at least if you run PPM without SAP Portal.

Please try to change your explorer settings to not open a window when you are using it as browser ( not related to PPM), and when you have it run PPM.
