I want to ask you if you have even used the SAP CRM mobile app with port 443 on the device , relay server and SUP
Because, on the solution I have, you can directly connect to SUP using 443 from the device, but when you point to to the relay server, the connection fails.
And when you check on the server log file n SUP, it says that SUP is successfully connected to Relay server using 443.
you can access the relay dns or IP externally using https since the certificates have been uploaded, but it fails when it comes to connect to SUP through relay server on 443.
Your help would be realy appreciated
