Disallow changes in material component through CJ20N IF PR is release and PO Exist

Dear ps experts,

Requirement is as follows

1. No change in PR material through CJ20N if related PR status is released.
2. No change in PR material through CJ20N if related PO is exist for the same
3. Not allow to add new material through CJ20N if PR status is released
4. Not allow to delete the material through CJ20N if PR status is released

i tried this  enhancement CNEX0009  is not getting triggerd.

anyone help  solution for this?

Have you tried OPSG:Change Profile Order change Management. Please check & revert.

Alternatively, I think user status approach can also be handy here.

Dear Ankur,

i tried OPSG but it is not working .i have maintained  only wbs ,network , activity,  status profiles (OK02  ) and  i think there no problem status  profile.

if u know OK02 new settings pl post screen shots

kindly help me .

Hi Prasad,

I am not sure you can restrict the disallowing the changes to the component after PR>PO exists with OPSG and OK02. What you can do is who ever having an access to Network activities in change mode, change access authorization activity from 01, 02 to 03.

Hi,

    Then another option remains with you is to try some user exit. May be user-exit CNEX0038 or CNEX0009 will work.

Try it & revert.

I agree with Ankur. You will need to use above mentioned enhancement to get the desired result.

I have already done using the same to make sure that users are not able to change component data once it.

Please use enhancement 'CNEX0009' and function exit EXIT_SALCOMK_001.

I have already done but reflecting PP module. In our company ABAP  programmer he don't know  logic .  pl post the  logic i can follow same

You need to sit with your ABAPer. Explain him what you want in the process.Explore your dimension.

Ask the same in ABAP forum also if your technical guy require such logic.

Develop your own logic and implement it in any possible way with ABAPer.
